HEARING VOICES SUPPORT GROUP

 

What it's About: We are a free peer led support group for people that hear voices, have visions, experience extreme states or have other mental health challenges. We work to help voice hearers by developing strategies to cope with hearing voices, providing social support and giving voice hearers an opportunity to discuss their experiences in a non-judgmental environment.

 

We meet every Saturday of the month at Seattle Area Support Groups (S.A.S.G.) from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM in the O'Neil Room.
